rt999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "rt999" or "the Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at the domain rt999.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the operator of rt999.
• "You," "User," "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places bets or wagers through rt999.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a User on rt999 following successful registration and verification.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all financial transactions on rt999 are conducted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed on rt999.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive credited to a User's Account by rt999.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a User must bet using bonus funds before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using rt999 would be unlawful under applicable local law.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

By registering an account with rt999, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are accessing rt999 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Territory where accessing online gambling services is unlawful;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from rt999 or any other online gambling platform without that exclusion having expired;
• The funds you deposit into your rt999 account are legally obtained and are not derived from any unlawful activity;
• You understand and accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk, and you will only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

rt999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible individuals will be suspended, and all funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any bonuses claimed.

To access the full range of rt999 services — including deposits, withdrawal requests, live casino, sportsbook, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all rt999 account registrations:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one rt999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different mobile numbers or email addresses — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rt999 username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. rt999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Contact details. You must keep your registered contact details current. rt999 will send account-related communications to the mobile number and email address on record; failure to maintain accurate contact details may affect your ability to receive security OTPs and support correspondence.

rt999 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposits, or at rt999's discretion at any time during the account lifecycle.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear photographic copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport;
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account showing your registered name and account number), where applicable.

Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the rt999 Privacy Policy. KYC documents are used solely for the purposes of identity verification, age confirmation, and fraud prevention. rt999 will not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or court order.

Withdrawals will be held pending KYC completion. rt999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing indefinitely on accounts where KYC documents cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

All deposits to rt999 accounts are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction across all accepted payment methods.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga; and e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Processing time: E-wallet deposits credit to your rt999 account balance within seconds under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits typically settle within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours (09:00–21:00 WIB); transfers initiated outside these hours may take longer to confirm.
• No deposit fees: rt999 does not charge any fee on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which rt999 bears no responsibility.
• Deposit source: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. rt999 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from payment accounts not matching your KYC-verified identity may be reversed and the originating account suspended pending investigation.
• Currency: rt999 accounts are denominated in IDR. Deposits made in foreign currencies will be rejected by the platform.

rt999 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including on Indonesian national public holidays. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• KYC required: Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC identity and age verification is complete on the requesting account. See Clause 4 for KYC requirements.
• Processing time: The average withdrawal processing time from request to credit is under 15 minutes. In exceptional circumstances — such as system maintenance windows or manual compliance reviews — processing may take up to 2 hours. rt999 will communicate any delays via your registered mobile number or email address.
• Withdrawal destination: Funds may only be withdrawn to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered to your rt999 account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds: Funds credited to your account as a bonus may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. See Clause 7 for bonus terms.
• rt999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk parameters. Such checks may delay processing but will be completed as promptly as operationally possible.

rt999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms provide otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered rt999 account holders in good standing who meet any additional eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion terms. Players who have previously self-excluded or whose accounts are under investigation are not eligible for bonuses.
• One bonus per person: Each eligible player may claim each bonus offer once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. rt999 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonuses claimed by players using multiple accounts or coordinating with others to exploit bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the game category. Bets placed on live casino, sportsbook, slot games, and togel markets may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — full contribution details are listed in each promotion.
• Validity period: Bonuses have an expiry date from the time of crediting. Unused bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• Withdrawal restriction: Players may not withdraw their real-money deposit balance while a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unsatisfied. Players who wish to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements must forfeit the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
• rt999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players via email or SMS where practicable.

The following rules apply to all gameplay on the rt999 platform, across all product categories including live casino, sportsbook, slot games, and togel:

• Bet finality: Once a bet, wager, or lottery entry has been confirmed and accepted by the rt999 system, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the player.
• Technical errors: In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting a game, round, or bet — including but not limited to software errors, incorrect odds display, or erroneous game results — rt999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return stakes to the player's account. rt999 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond those addressed by stake refund.
• Game rules: The rules governing individual games, sportsbook markets, and togel draws are published within each respective product section of the rt999 platform. By placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.
• Sportsbook settlements: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, FIFA for international football, badminton results from the Badminton World Federation). Results are typically settled within 30 minutes of event conclusion.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. Limits are displayed within each game or market prior to bet placement.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the rt999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, balances forfeited, and any winnings voided:

• Opening or operating more than one rt999 account;
• Registering an account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the rt999 platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, redeeming bonuses, or manipulating game outcomes;
• Colluding with other players to exploit sportsbook odds, bonus terms, or live casino game mechanics;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, unlawful, or fraudulent activity;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering using rt999 as the vehicle, including structured deposits designed to conceal the origin of funds;
• Providing false documentation during the KYC verification process;
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or incorrectly displayed odds for financial gain, where the player knows or reasonably ought to know that an error has occurred;
• Accessing rt999 in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

rt999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at all times through your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out periods: Request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 90 days. During a time-out, login and deposit access are fully disabled.
• Self-exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting the rt999 support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality checks: Enable optional session duration notifications to remind you of the time you have spent on the platform.

rt999 will never promote gambling to individuals who have registered a self-exclusion. Players who breach a self-exclusion by registering a new account will have the new account closed and balances returned.

All content on the rt999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of rt999 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or in any way commercially exploit any content from the rt999 platform without the prior written consent of rt999. Accessing rt999 does not grant you any ownership rights or licence over platform content beyond the limited personal use required to play on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rt999 shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the rt999 platform;
• Financial losses arising from gambling decisions made by you on the rt999 platform — you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that outcomes are not guaranteed;
• Losses resulting from interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or acts of government;
• Losses arising from the use of your rt999 account credentials by an unauthorised third party where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit rt999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

rt999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where rt999 reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering purposes;
• Inaccurate or fraudulent identity information was provided during registration or KYC;
• The account holder is under 21 years of age;
• The account holder is located in a Prohibited Territory;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to rt999.

In the event of account closure for cause, rt999 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is not attributable to prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the originating payment method within 14 business days.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rt999 support. Voluntary closure is subject to the settlement of any pending bets and the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses, or the forfeiture of those bonuses.

rt999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of any revised Terms will be indicated at the top of this page. Where changes are material, rt999 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or SMS to their registered contact details at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the rt999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 13.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles. Given that rt999 operates as an internationally licensed platform serving Indonesian players, disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration administered by an internationally recognised arbitration body, to be determined by rt999 in its reasonable discretion.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure, you are required to contact the rt999 customer support team in writing at support@rt999.cam and allow rt999 30 calendar days to attempt to resolve the issue informally. The majority of account and transaction disputes are resolved within 24–72 hours through our standard support process.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
